3. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

3.1 All service fees are displayed and charged in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Users must make payments only through the methods specified by the website, such as PromptPay, credit/debit cards, or other electronic payment methods supported by the website.

3.3 Reservations for accommodations generally require full payment unless otherwise specified on a case-by-case basis.

3.4 In case of cancellation, if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

3.5 In case of cancellation within 7 days before the check-in date, only 50% of the amount paid will be refundable.

3.6 If the user fails to stay on the booked date ("No Show"), the website and/or the accommodation reserves the right not to issue a refund under any circumstances.

3.7 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the user originally used, or through other methods our system deems appropriate. Processing times may vary depending on the third-party payment system.

3.8 The website and accommodation provider are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service limitations caused by force majeure events—such as natural disasters, government actions, emergencies, disease outbreaks, or other events beyond reasonable control.

4. Check-in and User Responsibilities

4.1 Guests must present their national identity card or passport (for foreign nationals) on check-in day to verify their identity as required by law.

4.2 Guests must comply with all accommodation rules, regulations, and requirements, including those relating to safety, public order, and use of shared facilities.

4.3 If the guest damages, loses, or breaks any property at the accommodation, the guest agrees to compensate for the damage at the reasonable value assessed by the accommodation provider before check-out.

4.4 The accommodation may charge an additional security deposit or fine according to the specific terms and conditions of each property (if applicable).

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The website acts solely as an intermediary, providing information and facilitating accommodation bookings and related services. Accommodation providers deliver their services directly to guests. The website is not a contracting party between users and accommodation providers.

5.2 The website and/or accommodation will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property, including accidents, injuries, or bodily harm, except in cases directly caused by intentional acts or gross negligence of the website or accommodation.

5.3 Parking facilities are provided solely for guests' convenience. The accommodation is not responsible for any damage, loss, or incident involving vehicles or property inside vehicles, regardless of whether guests leave their car keys with the accommodation.

5.4 The website is not liable for damages arising from website use, service delays, internet connection issues, system failures, technical errors, computer viruses, or other disruptions beyond reasonable control.

5.5 In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the accommodation from providing the pre-confirmed room, the accommodation may transfer the guest to another property of equal or higher standard at no additional charge. If no equal or higher standard accommodation is available nearby, the accommodation may provide a lower standard property and refund the full difference in price to the guest.

5.6 This website may contain links to third-party websites or services outside our control. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, security, or content of these external websites. Such links are provided solely for user convenience.

5.7 If a guest causes damage, loss, or breakage to the accommodation's property, the guest agrees to compensate for damages based on the reasonable value assessed by the accommodation provider before check-out.

5.8 The website and/or accommodation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to users or guests who violate these terms and conditions, engage in illegal activities, or exhibit behavior that may cause danger, damage, or nuisance to others or property.
